Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz is sourced from vineyard blocks grown in rich red terra rossa soils at the northern end of Coonawarra

The grapes are crushed into open fermenters and the juice remains on skins for 1-2 weeks. Larger batches receive daily pump overs while smaller batches are hand plunged. The ferments are kept cool to retain aromatics and freshness.

Following malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels. On average, it is aged for 14 months before bottling.

Vibrant purple, Parker Coonawarra Estate Terra Rossa Shiraz is medium to full bodied with fine oak tannins and a long, smooth finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
